Are you hosting a small meeting or a breakout session? Is the hotel, restaurant or event center unable to provide audio or video support? For only $179 you get everything you need to to provide audio reinforcement for your meeting or breakout room. The DIY Meeting/Breakout Room Package includes Speakers, Mixer, Wireless Microphones, Flat Base Speaker Stands (for a clean look) and all the cords to hook it up. The DIY Meeting/Breakout Room Package provides enough sound for for up to 100 people. For larger crowds we can put together a custom package for you. You can also add-on extra microphones, a lectern, laptop w/slide advancer and a 50″ TV for presentations. Or if you want a bigger screen we also have an 100″ projection screen w/projector. Don’t worry we will show you how to hook up the system when you pick it up from our shop. Plus we’re available for phone tech support should you need assistance while setting everything up. Of course if you’re not the DIY type of person you can also add on setup and tear down services.

Q: How long do I get to keep the DIY Meeting/Breakout Room package?
A: Our base pricing is for a one day rental. But we tend to be pretty lenient. If it works better for you to pick up the DIY Meeting/Breakout Room package a day early we will let you do this as long as the equipment is available. And of course that’s at no additional charge.

Q: What time is your shop open so I can pick up the equipment?
A: We’re an event based company that’s out doing a lot of setups on the weekends so we recommend emailing us the week of your rental to setup a pickup and return time. The email address is: Brian@PirateRadio.Productions

Q: How big of a vehicle do I need to pick up the equipment?
A: Our DIY Meeting/Breakout Room package is designed to be compact but still maintain high performance so it will fit in a car trunk or back seat.
